We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. The Project Coordinators responsibilities include working closely with our Technical project managers to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as youll collaborate with clients from all over the world and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Project Coordinators duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.The candidate will perform the following tasks: Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and informationBreak projects into doable actions and set timeframesLiaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectivesAssign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule managementMake sure that clients needs are met as projects evolveHelp prepare quotes and other related documentsAnalyze risks and opportunitiesMonitor project progress and handle any issues that ariseAct as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participantsWork with the Technical Project Manager to eliminate blockersCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reportsEnsure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance testsRequirements and skills 1 to 3 years experience in a similar role Excellent english verbal and written communication Should have experience in managing Web Development projects.Should have a clear understanding of web technologies in generalExperience in project management, from conception to deliveryAn ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plansSolid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-managementStrong client-facing and teamwork skillsFamiliarity with risk management and quality assurance control Interested candidates, please apply through the web form below: http://jobs.phases.dkNB: Please do not directly email or call regarding this job opening.
