Supervise and guide commis and junior staff in food preparation and presentation. Ensure all dishes are prepared according to hotel recipes and presentation standards. Support the team during busy service hours and maintain smooth coordination. Check and maintain stock levels, and communicate any shortages promptly. Uphold hotel policies, kitchen SOPs, and safety regulations. Skills & Qualities Needed: Minimum 2 years of experience as a DCDP in the tandoor section (hotel or restaurant). Good knowledge of Indian tandoor and grill items. Excellent attention to detail, hygiene, and presentation. Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
