Pharmacy Retailer

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage day-to-day retail operations at our store. The role is primarily focused on sales, customer handling, inventory control and smooth store functioning with involvement in basic medical product handling. The ideal candidate should have strong retail experience, good organizational skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations & Customer Service

• Manage overall store operations to ensure smooth daily functioning
• Assist walk-in customers, understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Handle customer queries, concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain professional and welcoming store environment

2. Sales & Revenue Management

• Drive retail sales, promote store products, wellness items and healthcare-related merchandise
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to customers
• Track daily sales and contribute to business growth

3. Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability at all times
• Coordinate for timely replenishment of stock
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory records
• Ensure proper product placement and shelf organization
• Identify slow-moving and fast-moving items for better stock planning
• Assist in locating and providing over-the-counter (OTC) products
• Support prescription handling by coordinating with the pharmacist
• Ensure proper storage and basic handling of medical products as per guidelines

4. Billing & Cash Handling

• Handle billing operations systems
• Process payments via cash, cards and digital modes (UPI, etc.)
• Maintain accurate billing records and daily cash reconciliation

5. Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and overall presentation of the store
• Ensure products are well-organized and displayed attractively
• Follow store guidelines for layout and visual merchandising

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualification: Graduate (Retail experience preferred)
• 1-2 Year of experience in retail store operations (Pharmacy/Healthcare store preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory systems
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and holidays (if required)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
