Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant

Overview
Apollo Pharmacy is hiring a dedicated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to support daily store operations. The role requires assisting pharmacists in dispensing medicines, managing inventory, handling billing processes, and ensuring a smooth and compliant customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pharmacists in dispensing medications as per prescriptions
• Accurately manage billing, cash handling, and digital transactions
• Maintain inventory, including stocking, labeling, and tracking expiry dates
• Ensure the pharmacy is clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards
• Assist customers with basic queries and escalate concerns to the pharmacist when needed
• Follow proper storage and handling procedures for all medicines
• Receive and verify stock deliveries and arrange supplies systematically
• Adhere to SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies
• Participate in audits, health initiatives, and promotional activities

Eligibility Criteria

• 10+2 / Higher Secondary education (mandatory)
• Certification or diploma in pharmacy assistance or a related field (preferred)
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; freshers may apply

• Basic computer knowledge, including POS and billing systems
• Strong customer service orientation
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Flexibility to work shifts and handle physically active duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
