· Maintaining inventory

· Providing customer service
Pharmacy assistants answer questions, provide guidance on medication use, and help customers find what they need
· Handling cash
Pharmacy assistants use a cash register and handle cash transactions.
· Adhering to regulations
Pharmacy assistants adhere to pharmacy regulations, ethical standards, and patient confidentiality
