Job Title: Wholesale Pharmacist – Billing & Stock Checking Location: Chennai, India Job Type: Full-time About Us: Lystra Pharma is a leading provider of high-quality, affordable branded generic medicines. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Wholesale Pharmacist to handle billing and stock management at our wholesale operations. Key Responsibilities: Billing & Invoicing: Process invoices accurately and efficiently using pharmaceutical billing software. Stock Checking & Inventory Management: Maintain and update stock records, conduct regular audits, and ensure optimal inventory levels. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all pharmaceutical transactions comply with regulatory standards and maintain proper documentation. Vendor & Customer Coordination: Manage orders, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and resolve stock-related queries. Expiry & Batch Tracking: Monitor medicine batches and expiration dates to prevent losses. Requirements: PharmD / B.Pharm / D.Pharm with valid pharmacist registration. Experience in wholesale pharmacy billing & inventory management is preferred. Proficiency in billing software (Marg Books and Zoho Books) is a plus.
