Role- Pharma Programe Manager Job Description Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Computer Science, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on Pharma R&D and IT integration. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). Strong knowledge of Pharma R&D processes, including clinical trials, data management, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
