Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Engineer, based in Pune with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing technical guidance to clients, and demonstrating how products and solutions meet their needs. The Technical Sales Engineer will collaborate with internal teams, deliver technical presentations, and ensure successful implementation of solutions. Responsibilities also include offering technical support, addressing customer inquiries, and building strong client relationships to drive business growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering with a proven ability to sell technical solutions Strong Technical Support experience and the ability to resolve customer issues Excellent Communication and client management skills to ensure effective interactions Proven knowledge of Sales strategies and market analysis Degree in Engineering or a related field is highly preferred Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a hybrid environment Understanding of automation or IoT solutions is a plus
