PGT Physics , biology for jee/ Neet coaching

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated PGT Faculty to prepare students for IIT-JEE / NEET competitive examinations. The candidate should have strong subject command, excellent teaching skills, and experience in coaching high-performing students. Key Responsibilities Teach assigned subject for JEE / NEET preparation (XI & XII level). Plan and deliver concept-based, result-oriented lectures. Prepare study material, assignments, worksheets, and test papers. Conduct regular tests and analyze student performance. Provide doubt-clearing and academic mentoring to students. Guide students in exam strategies, time management, and problem-solving techniques. Coordinate with academic team for syllabus planning and assessments. Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment. Eligibility & Qualifications Post Graduate in relevant subject (M.Sc / M.Tech / M.E / M.A). B.Ed preferred (not mandatory for coaching). Minimum 2–5 years experience in JEE / NEET coaching (freshers with strong subject knowledge may apply).
