Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and conceptually strong lessons for senior secondary Mathematics (CBSE/ICSE/State Board/IB/IGCSE as applicable).
Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams (e.g., JEE, Olympiads) where required.
Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools aligned with the curriculum.
Create a positive and supportive learning environment to foster student growth and interest in Mathematics.
Assess students progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
Use technology tools (smartboards, online platforms, simulations, etc.) to enhance learning.
Maintain records of students academic performance and prepare reports.
Communicate with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and areas for improvement.
Participate in departmental meetings, school events, workshops, and professional development activities.
Contribute to curriculum development and school improvement initiatives.
