Purpose of Role: To support PGS Quality Teams Globally Better. Build out PGS Global QMS (Quality Management System) across the factories. Set specific goals and KPIs for factories that PGS aims to achieve in terms of quality performance, such as reducing defects, failures, claims and increasing customer satisfaction. Use the 7 tools of Quality techniques and methodologies used in quality management to identify and solve problems, improve processes, and enhance factory overall quality. Be the link between the Suppliers, Factories & Quality department. Close contact with Quality Engineering Manager, Merchandising team & suppliers. Role & responsibilities Drive the PGS business Objectives across all Quality related KPI metrics. Provide technical support to factories & build robust quality improvement plan Train supplier & third-party QC to PEPCOs Quality Requirements Build suppliers capability to achieve the self-inspection target Manage pre-production meeting with factory, when necessary, as per the risk matrix Improve & maintain the quality of Pepcos products Monitor & Keep track of the production quality risks during production Perform in-line inspection and corrective/preventive actions follow up Manage on time final inspection when necessary Communicate with quality & merchandising department on respective quality issues /production delay Provide good representation of the company policy and quality requirement to both internal and external contacts, instruct supplier / factory in achieving company quality objective Respect company disciplines & policies. Preferred candidate profile At least 15 years relevant experience Proficiency in written and spoken English are essential. Strong technical knowledge in production and quality management system & standards. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Must have high level of integrity.
