We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analytics & Power BI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI, as well as performing data analysis to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and tools for stakeholders. Transform data into meaningful visualizations and KPIs that support business objectives. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making. Integrate Power BI with various data sources (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, SQL Server, Excel, APIs, SharePoint, etc.) Optimize data models and performance of Power BI solutions. Ensure data governance, quality, and security standards are met. Train and support business users on Power BI usage and best practices. Automate reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency. Deliver ad-hoc analyses to address urgent business queries. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Supply Chain Management or related field. 5+ years in data analysis/BI roles, preferably in sourcing or supply chain environments. Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (Power BI). Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. Experience with supply chain datasets, PLM/ERP systems and data modelling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to present data to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in working with buying /Liaison or retails sector.
