The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of social media management, paid campaigns, and B2B content strategy — ideally within the manufacturing or engineering sector . Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads . Manage the company’s online presence — website updates, SEO activities, and digital brand consistency. Analyze campaign metrics and performance data to track results, measure ROI, and optimize campaigns. Assist in creating email campaigns, landing pages, and lead generation initiatives for sales support. Social Media Strategy Develop and execute a content and engagement strategy for LinkedIn and Facebook tailored to B2B audiences. Create or coordinate high-quality content (posts, graphics, videos, case studies) that highlights Pet Tools’ products, achievements, and brand story. Manage community engagement — responding to comments, inquiries, and interactions professionally and promptly. Monitor competitors and industry trends to keep our digital strategy current and relevant. Brand & Content Marketing Support brand-building initiatives, product launches, and trade event promotions. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and design) to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels. Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, and lead generation. Prepare monthly marketing performance reports with insights and improvement suggestions. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to guide decisions. Qualifications & Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (preferably in a B2B/manufacturing setup). Proficiency with LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO fundamentals . Strong communication and content-writing skills.
