Pest Management Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell pest control services to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting client visits, explaining service packages, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and customer outreach.
• Visit residential buildings, apartments, offices, hotels, restaurants, factories, and commercial establishments.
• Promote pest control services such as termite control, general pest control, rodent control, mosquito control, and bed bug treatment.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable pest control solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into business.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with the technical team for service scheduling and execution.

Required Skills

• Basic computer and WhatsApp communication skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 12th Pass / Any Degree.
• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Experience in pest control, facility management, or field marketing will be an advantage.

Performance Expectations

• Daily customer visits and lead generation.
• Monthly sales target achievement.
• Regular follow-ups and customer conversion.
• New customer acquisition and business development.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
