Job Description

We are looking for a Pest Control Technician to join our team at Adastra Marketing Private Limited to provide pest treatment services at residential and commercial premises across the Delhi NCR region. This is a field-based role that requires regular customer visits. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹8,000 - ₹32,000 with growth opportunities and attractive benefits. Key Responsibilities: Visit homes, offices, and commercial buildings to perform pest control treatments Inspect areas to identify pest issues and suggest appropriate solutions Safely handle pest control tools, chemicals, and equipment as per company guidelines Maintain service records and complete daily documentation Communicate clearly with customers and explain treatment procedures Follow health and safety protocols and ensure hygiene at work sites Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and freshers are welcome. Applicants should be comfortable with field work, able to explain problems in simple terms, and follow safety instructions. Basic mobile app or MS Office knowledge is a plus.
