Job Title: Python Backend Developer Job Profile: We are seeking a talented and motivated Python Backend Developer to join our dynamic and agile team. As a key member of our development squad, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining state of the art applications using the Python Django framework. Your expertise in building scalable and robust applications, combined with your ability to collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team, will be instrumental in delivering exceptional digital solutions. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain high performance Python applications - Architect scalable and maintainable backend systems and APIs - Collaborate with the UX team to ensure seamless integration of the backend with the frontend - Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment - Implement efficient data storage solutions and optimize database schemas - Ensure adherence to coding best practices, SOLID principles, and RESTful API design - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards - Guide and mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth - Deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum 4 years of experience as a Python developer - Proficient in object oriented Python Django framework - Hands-on experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, and RESTful API development - Knowledge of React.js or other modern JavaScript frameworks is a plus - Familiarity with cloud-based deployment and hosting, particularly on AWS - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong teamwork and communication abilities - Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies Soft Skills Required: - Strong problem solving abilities - Excellent communication skills - Team collaboration - Documentation expertise - Time management - Ability to work independently If you possess the required skills and experience, and are ready to take on challenging projects, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
