Job Description:

SLAM Fitness is hiring passionate and energetic Male and Female Fitness Instructors / Personal Trainers to guide our members toward their fitness goals. If you have the drive to inspire, motivate, and train clients effectively, this is the right place for you.

Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions and group classes.
Perform fitness assessments and create customized workout plans.
Educate members on proper exercise form, posture, and safe techniques.
Motivate and track client progress to ensure results.
Support PT conversions by explaining structured training benefits.
Maintain professionalism and a clean training environment.

Requirements:

Male & Female candidates are welcome.
Certification in fitness training (ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
Passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and client-focused mindset.
Ability to train beginners to advanced-level clients.
Positive, energetic, and disciplined personality.
