Sreevalsam Group Hiring PERSONAL SECRETARY Female Candidate Good Communication Skill Good Knowledge in MS Office . Key Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and ensuring the executive is prepared. Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, often on behalf of the executive. Record Keeping: Maintaining files, databases, and other records, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible. Travel Coordination: Arranging flights, accommodation, and ground transportation for business trips. Meeting Support: Taking meeting minutes, preparing agendas, and distributing materials. Research and Report Preparation: Conducting research, preparing reports, presentations, and briefing papers. Project Management: Assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and following up on action items. General Office Support: Assisting with various office tasks, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and ordering supplies. Skills and Qualifications: Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in Office Software: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
