Performance Optimization Manager (Paid Social), Indian Hub

We're looking for a conversion-focused Performance Optimization Manager (Paid Social) with agency experience to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across the full lifecycle, with Meta as your core platform. You'll turn data into clear decisions that drive measurable results. This is an individual contributor role for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working openly with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) as the primary channel for this role.
• Set up and manage product feed and catalogue campaigns on Meta, including Advantage+ catalogue ads, dynamic product ads and retargeting.
• Support campaigns on TikTok and LinkedIn as additional channels, using each platform to add incremental value to the media mix.
• Drive strong, conversion-focused performance, owning KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rate and revenue.
• Configure, audit and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager (GTM) events, including pixels, conversion events and data layer tracking, to ensure accurate measurement.
• Analyze campaign data, build reports and translate insights into clear optimization actions and recommendations.
• Manage budgets, bids, audiences, creative testing and A/B experiments to continuously improve performance.
• Proactively communicate issues, risks, tracking problems and performance changes to stakeholders and clients, along with proposed solutions.
• Work with creative, web and analytics teams to ensure campaigns, landing pages and tracking are aligned.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends and best practices in paid social and ecommerce advertising.

• Mid-level experience managing paid social campaigns, with Meta Ads expertise as a must-have and should have advertising agency experience
• Proven experience running ecommerce campaigns, including product feed and catalogue setup on Meta.
• Hands-on experience with GTM event configuration and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make decisions based on it.
• A conversion-focused mindset, with a track record of improving ROAS, CPA or sales outcomes.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly in campaign setup, tracking and reporting.
• Experience working in a digital agency environment.
• Exposure to working with US clients, including comfort with time-zone overlap and US market expectations.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor, managing your own accounts and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and the habit of raising issues early.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience running campaigns on TikTok and LinkedIn (added value).
• Automotive industry experience (dealerships, OEMs, auto retail or auto parts), which will be an added advantage.
• Meta Blueprint certification, or GTM / GA4 certification.
• Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.

• Campaigns consistently meet or exceed agreed conversion and ROAS targets.
• Tracking is accurate and issues are caught and resolved quickly.
• Clients and stakeholders are informed early, with no surprises.
• Reporting is clear, accurate and leads to actionable optimizations.
