Key Responsibilities:- 1. Digital Advertising Campaign Management: o Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Snapchat to drive sales. o Monitor campaign performance and refine targeting, creatives, and budgets to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). o Conduct A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness and conversion rates. 2. Website Optimization: o Ensure the company's website functions smoothly and provides a seamless user experience. o Implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies to improve landing page performance and customer conversions. o Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve website issues. 3. Sales and Marketing Strategy: o Develop and execute weekly and monthly sales plans to meet revenue targets. o Collaborate with content and creative teams to align campaigns with branding goals. o Identify and implement promotional opportunities to boost sales. 4. Social Media Management: o Manage and enhance the brand's social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and others. o Plan and execute ad campaigns to increase engagement and brand visibility. Retention Management : - 1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): o Design and implement effective CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. o Develop targeted communication strategies using email, SMS, and push notifications. o Leverage CRM data to identify customer segments and tailor marketing efforts accordingly. 2. Customer Retention Campaigns: o Develop and execute retention campaigns to improve customer lifetime value (CLV). o Create personalized offers, discounts, and loyalty programs to encourage repeat purchases. o Monitor customer behavior to proactively address churn risks. 3. Loyalty Programs: o Design and manage customer loyalty programs to reward frequent buyers. o Analyze program performance and make data-driven improvements. 4. Data Analysis and Insights: o Track customer retention metrics, including churn rates, repeat purchase rates, and customer satisfaction. o Prepare reports and present insights to senior management to inform strategy. 5. Customer Feedback Management: o Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand pain points and improve the customer experience. o Collaborate with the customer service team to address recurring issues. Required Skills and Expertise:- 1. Performance Marketing: o Hands-on experience with ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads. o Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Facebook Insights. 2. CRM and Retention Tools: o Proficiency in CRM platforms for customer segmentation and campaign execution. o Experience with retention strategies, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and churn prevention. 3. Data-Driven Decision Making: o Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve performance and retention. 4. Advanced Communication: o Strong verbal and written communication for cross-departmental collaboration. 5. Technical Proficiency: o Knowledge of website optimization tools and techniques. o Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools.
