About the Role

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, run and scale paid campaigns for D2C brands.

What You Will Do

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube)
• Own daily budgets and KPIs – ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, conversion rate
• Run structured creative and audience tests and scale winners
• Set up and audit tracking – Pixel, CAPI, GA4, Shopify
• Prepare client performance reports and insights

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, agency or D2C preferred
• Proven campaigns with good ROAS for e-commerce brands
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and GA4
• Analytical mindset and strong Excel / Sheets skills

Role Overview

We're looking for a driven Performance Marketer Executive to support the planning, execution and optimization of paid campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads for our portfolio of consumer brands. You'll work closely with the performance marketing team to manage ad creatives, copy, budgets and reporting — continuously testing and refining campaigns to improve ROI and efficient CAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing performance marketing strategies across paid channels
• Plan, launch and manage day-to-day Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, including creatives, ad copy and headlines
• Support testing, optimization, scaling and retargeting of ad campaigns
• Track campaigns against defined KPIs and flag underperformance early
• Conduct competitor research and monitor market trends to inform campaign strategy
• Prepare and share weekly performance reports with key metrics and insights
• Support budget allocation and pacing across digital channels
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for timely asset delivery

Requirements

• 1-3 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads/or Facebook Advertising (internship experience accepted)
• Strong analytical mindset with a willingness to learn data-driven optimization
• Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Noida, Uttar Pradesh
• Prior agency, D2C brand or marketing internship exposure preferred

Core Skills Needed

Strategy & Execution

• Basic understanding of performance marketing, campaign planning and KPI tracking
• Exposure to testing, scaling and retargeting techniques
• Ability to write and adapt ad creative/copy for paid social and search
• Comfort with competitor and market research

Tools & Technical Skills

• Working familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Basic knowledge of performance reporting and analytics tools
• Understanding of budget tracking across multiple digital channels
• Awareness of pixel/conversion tracking fundamentals

Industry/Domain Knowledge

• Interest in D2C, ecommerce, fashion, beauty and lifestyle brand growth
• Familiarity with CAC, ROAS and other key performance metrics
• Awareness of current paid social and search ad formats

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Consistency in reporting and communication
