Performance Marketing Executive – Google Ads, Meta Ads & SEO

Design Flash is hiring a Performance Marketing Executive!

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive who can independently manage the day-to-day advertising operations for our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be Google Ads and Meta Ads, with GA4, GTM, conversion tracking and SEO as important parts of the role.

This is not a social media posting role. We are looking for someone who understands lead generation, campaign optimisation, tracking and performance.

Key Responsibilities Google Ads

• Set up and manage Google Search campaigns
• Manage Performance Max campaigns
• Keyword research and search-intent analysis
• Search-term analysis
• Negative keyword management
• Ad copy creation and testing
• Budget and bid optimisation
• Conversion optimisation
• Campaign audits
• Lead quality analysis
• Identify and reduce wasted ad spend

Meta Ads

• Set up and manage Facebook & Instagram campaigns
• Lead generation campaigns
• WhatsApp lead campaigns
• Audience research and targeting
• Retargeting
• Creative testing
• Ad copy testing
• Budget optimisation
• Lead quality analysis
• Campaign optimisation

GA4 & Google Tag Manager — Mandatory

You should have hands-on experience setting up GA4 and GTM, not just viewing reports.

You should be able to independently handle:

• GA4 setup
• Google Tag Manager setup
• Google Ads conversion tracking
• Meta Pixel
• Conversion Linker
• Form submission tracking
• WhatsApp click tracking
• Phone call click tracking
• Thank-you page tracking
• Event tracking
• Conversion setup
• GTM Preview/Debug
• Testing and troubleshooting tracking

You should be comfortable managing:

Website → GTM → GA4 → Events → Conversions → Google Ads / Meta Ads

SEO

SEO is a secondary responsibility.

You should have practical knowledge of:

• Keyword research
• On-page SEO
• Meta titles and descriptions
• Heading optimisation
• Internal linking
• Basic technical SEO
• Local SEO
• Google Search Console
• SEO audits
• Competitor research
• SEO reporting

AI & Marketing Tools

Design Flash is a Growth & AI Partner, so we expect you to use AI intelligently in your workflow.

You should be comfortable using AI for:

• Keyword research
• Ad copy
• Campaign analysis
• Search-term analysis
• Competitor research
• SEO research
• Data analysis
• Reporting
• Marketing ideas and testing

You don't need experience with a particular AI tool. We care about your ability to use AI to work smarter and faster.

Working With Our Team

You will work closely with our:

• Web Developers
• Graphic Designers
• Video Editors

You will need to identify what is required for campaigns and communicate clear requirements to the relevant team member.

For example:

Campaign analysis → Identify problem → Brief designer/developer → Implement changes → Test → Optimise

Job Details

Position: Performance Marketing Executive
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month
Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore
Work Mode: Work From Office
Employment: Full-time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Candidates must be comfortable with the salary range and work-from-office requirement.

Hands-on Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and GTM experience is strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
