Performance Marketing Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Associate with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, with a particular interest in improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with up to 1 year of hands-on experience and to grow in the field of digital marketing.

What You’ll Do:

• Support in strategising, setting up, and running Google Ads & Meta Ads (FB/Instagram) campaigns
• Manage campaigns across objectives: leads, traffic, engagement, conversions
• Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
• Optimise daily: tweak bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to improve performance
• Analyse performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions
• Assist in setting up tracking via UTMs, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager
• Work with the creative team to guide ad copies, visuals & video edits
• Create weekly/monthly reports and suggest actionable insights

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
