About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketer to manage and optimize Google PPC Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to increase website traffic, generate sales, improve conversions, and achieve profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Remarketing.
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates.
• Drive website sales and customer acquisition through performance marketing.
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
• Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audiences.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, videos, and product promotions.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
• Manage advertising budgets and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).

Requirements

• Experience in Google PPC Ads and Meta Ads management.
• Knowledge of e-commerce and D2C performance marketing.
• Understanding of conversion tracking, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and campaign reporting.
• Analytical thinking and a target-oriented approach.
• Experience with Shopify and jewellery/fashion brands will be preferred.

Working Details

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Salary: As per experience and skills
