About the Role

GroMatrix is looking for a performance marketer to plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid digital campaigns across client accounts.

You will work across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads and collaborate with our Growth Strategy, Creative, Web/CRO, CRM & Automation, and Growth Intelligence teams.

This role is not simply about launching advertisements.

Your responsibility is to understand how advertising spend moves through the complete funnel:

Ad → Click → Lead → Qualified Lead → Conversion → Revenue

and continuously improve that performance.

What You Will Own

Your primary ownership will be:

Paid Media + Campaign Execution + Budget Management + Performance Monitoring + Optimization + Testing + Scaling

Key Responsibilities

• Plan paid advertising campaigns based on approved marketing strategy.
• Set up and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Configure audiences, budgets, campaigns, and conversion objectives.
• Conduct campaign readiness checks before launch.
• Ensure tracking and conversions are functioning correctly.
• Monitor campaign performance daily.
• Track spend, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS where relevant.
• Manage advertising budgets.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data.
• Analyze audience performance.
• Analyze keyword and search term performance.
• Monitor lead quality.
• Identify campaign and funnel issues.
• Conduct A/B testing.
• Test different audiences, creatives, offers, and formats.
• Identify creative fatigue.
• Coordinate new creative requirements with the Creative team.
• Coordinate landing-page improvements with Web & CRO.
• Coordinate lead flow and attribution requirements with CRM & Automation.
• Work with Sales / Revenue Operations to understand lead quality and sales conversion.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Recommend when campaigns should be optimized, paused, or scaled.

Performance & Funnel Thinking

We expect the Performance Marketer to look beyond platform metrics.

For example:

A campaign generating cheap leads is not necessarily successful if those leads do not become qualified opportunities.

You should gradually understand:

Ad Spend → Lead → Qualified Lead → Appointment → Customer → Revenue

and use this information to improve campaign quality.

Creative Collaboration

You will work closely with our creative lead and creative team.

You will provide information such as:

• Winning creatives
• Low-performing creatives
• Best-performing hooks
• Audience response
• Creative fatigue
• Required variations

This allows our creative team to produce stronger performance-focused assets.

Conversion & Tracking

You should be comfortable working with or understanding:

• Meta Pixel
• Google Ads conversions
• GA4
• UTM tracking
• Form conversions
• CRM lead flow
• Attribution

Technical implementation may be supported by our Web and Automation teams.

Budget Management

You will monitor:

• Daily spend
• Monthly spend
• Cost per result
• Budget utilization
• Campaign efficiency

You should be able to recommend where budgets should be:

Reduced → Reallocated → Maintained → Scaled

based on data.

Testing & Optimization

You should continuously look for opportunities to test:

• Audience
• Creative
• Copy
• Offer
• CTA
• Landing page
• Campaign structure

Testing should create learnings that improve future campaigns.
