We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who understands how to generate quality leads, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable ROI through Meta and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Create, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube).
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking.
• Create A/B tests for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and targeting.
• Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Proven experience running successful Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO is a plus but not mandatory.

This is an in office position, work from home is not possible.

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
