A great place to own a property. Lush Green but yet to be populated. Good place to retire in the next 10 years as it has wide roads and huge plots which make it ideal in terms of quality of living. It's proximity to Delhi is another bonus. Hopefully unlikely to get crowded like Delhi for atleast the next 20-30 years
