About us: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting key performance data across a diverse portfolio of websites we service within the affiliate marketing industry. You will collaborate with management, performance optimization, and sales teams to deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and process efficiency. As the primary manager of our in-house and third-party data reporting tools, your expertise will ensure data accuracy and support strategic decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and report data for website performance – traffic, conversion, and detailed campaign stats across multiple websites. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs); assist in identifying benchmarks and setting performance goals. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues to ensure data integrity. Manage and maintain in-house data reporting tools and processes, ensuring reliable and accurate data flows. Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill reporting, testing, and ad hoc analysis requests. Present actionable insights and recommendations to management and sales teams in a clear and concise manner. Communicate findings effectively in both written and verbal English. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF, AND, OR formulas). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Eagerness to learn and develop advanced data skills. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau). Previous experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing environments. Experience with analytics implementation (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
