Key Responsibilities Drive sales of pumps, HVAC booster sets, hydro-pneumatic systems, and fire pump sets in assigned region. Develop new business with MEP contractors, HVAC consultants, fire contractors, EPCs, and industrial clients . Manage and expand dealer / distributor network for pump sales. Generate inquiries, prepare techno-commercial quotes, and achieve monthly sales targets. Build relationships with consultants, architects, builders, and project companies for product approvals. Conduct site visits for pump selection, troubleshooting, and performance checks when required. Maintain regular follow-ups for order execution, dispatch coordination, and payment collection. Study market trends, competitor products, and pricing to provide insights for strategy planning. Participate in exhibitions, consultant meets, and technical presentations. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical engineering (preferred) or relevant graduation. 3+ years experience in pump sales / HVAC systems / fire fighting pump sets / MEP industry . Strong understanding of: Centrifugal pumps, end suction, split-case, multistage pumps Fire pump sets (Jockey / Main Pump / Diesel Pump) Booster pumps, pressure sets, dewatering pumps Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical presentation skills. Ability to work independently with strong target-orientation. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM-based reporting. Key Attributes Strong network with MEP / HVAC / fire contractors. Ability to read drawings, BOQs, pump curves, and technical specifications. Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and client meetings. Self-motivated, aggressive, and customer-focused.
