Job Description Numerator is looking for an exceptional People Development Coordinator to join our team! The People Development Coordinator will support the onboarding and learning and development journey of our employees globally. This role will report to the Sr. Manager of People Development & Experience. The person in this role should display a strong interest in helping others, a solid customer service orientation, and a desire to learn and grow. Core Job Functions Onboarding: You will help coordinate and manage the onboarding process globally, with a primary focus on our India team. You will be a key resource and contact for new hires beginning their employment journey with Numerator. You will send new hire information and hiring manager resources, assist with new hire course enrollments, and help manage Numerator’s NuHire Buddy Program. You will coordinate invitations for “NuHire Orientation” globally. You will partner with other People Development & Experience team members and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a quality onboarding experience. Data Management & Metrics: You will use your advanced organizational skills to provide administrative assistance and run reports for our performance management and learning management platforms. As requested, you will audit these systems and processes to ensure compliance and accuracy, and you will maintain ongoing reports to help us track our ROIs. You will assist with analyzing data and survey results to improve programs and processes. People Development & Experience Team Point of Contact: You will help serve as a point of contact for employees who have general questions regarding onboarding, our performance/learning management systems, or other development-related questions. You will help manage the team inbox and direct inquiries to other members of the team as appropriate. People Development & Experience Resources: You will use your creative talents to develop high-quality media and assist with branding and promoting programs to Numerator employees. You are proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and GSuite. You will maintain and update our Portals and resource documents regularly to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for our employees. Special Projects: You will assist with and manage projects on topics related to people development, which may include, but are not limited to, career development resources, performance management, and team performance/building. Other: Assist with other tasks and assignments on an as-needed basis. What You'll Bring to Numerator Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, learning & development, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an HR, Talent, Administration, or a related role. Prior experience in a global corporate environment is preferred Prior experience supporting a hybrid workforce is preferred Minimum Competencies Project and Time Management - strong time and project management skills, with the ability to effectively meet tight deadlines and keep track of important details and processes. Data Analysis - the ability to analyze data and distill it down into actionable points. Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets. Emotional Intelligence - demonstrating tact and empathy when dealing with employee concerns, the awareness, control, and expression of one’s emotions, and the ability to understand the sensitivity and confidentiality required of an HR professional. Communication - the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, build rapport, and engage with others. Preferred Competencies Presentation Skills - the ability to design effective and engaging presentations and learning materials for a variety of audiences, and structure presentations effectively.
