Required Qualication: Bachelors or Masters degree from a reputed university with 1015 years of hands-on experience working on the Pega platform and related frameworks. Experience in the Financial Services domain is highly preferred. ¢ Pega Solution Architecture: Lead the architecture and design of AI-driven Pega solutions, including application architecture, data modeling, case management design, UI/UX design, and integration architecture aligned to business and technical requirements. ¢ ¢ Strong knowledge of Pega frameworks such as Customer Service (CS), CDH, Robotics, and KYC. Technical Leadership: Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to Pega teams comprising System Architects, Senior System Architects, and developers, while ensuring adherence to Pega best practices, governance standards, and delivery excellence. ¢ ¢ Enterprise Reporting: Strong understanding of Pega BIX, along with awareness of OLTP/OLAP concepts, Datamarts, and Data Warehouse architectures. Application Integration: Design and implement scalable integration solutions between Pega applications and external systems using Pega connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and third-party platforms. Good understanding of enterprise software architecture and integration patterns is required. ¢ ¢ Performance Engineering: Identify application performance bottlenecks, drive optimization initiatives, and execute performance tuning activities to improve scalability, responsiveness, and operational eiciency of Pega applications. Security and Data Privacy: Good working knowledge of Pega security capabilities including SSO, SSL, encryption standards, PCI-DSS compliance, RBAC, and ABAC models. ¢ ¢ Excellent communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and articulation skills. Ability to work closely with customers, understand business challenges, and provide well-structured, solution- oriented recommendations.

¢ Strong understanding and practical implementation experience of Pega AI capabilities, particularly in GenAI and Agentic AI solutioning. Candidate should be self-motivated, proactive, outcome-driven, and an eective collaborator within cross- functional teams.
