Extremely arrogant and unhelpful staff, even though I’m a regular customer and their wifi is down they were totally unapologetic about helping me pay for a last minute gift. I won’t be returning. When I finally sorted it out with zero help from them, they wrapped the gift in the shabbiest way possible :(
