Job Title: Executive – Sales & Marketing Location: Delhi NCR Employment Type: Full-time | On-site Role & Responsibilities Sales & Marketing will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing sales plans to achieve business targets Identifying, generating, and converting potential business leads Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships Coordinating and implementing marketing and branding initiatives Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities Preparing and delivering impactful sales presentations and proposals Supporting digital and offline marketing campaigns Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and customized solutions Required Qualifications & Skills Proven sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, and client relationship management Strong marketing and branding knowledge, including campaign execution and market research Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant business tools Prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Additional certifications in sales or marketing will be considered a plus
