As a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in client retention, revenue generation, and business growth by identifying new opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include understanding client needs and providing appropriate products/services, achieving sales targets, and contributing to overall business objectives. Handling client queries, concerns, and issues in a professional and prompt manner will be essential. You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to prospective clients, collaborating with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline. Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, staying updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field and have proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar role (15 years preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients. Being goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is important. Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office is required.
