About the job: Key Responsibilities: A. Accounts management: 1. Record all financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments) in the accounting software or ledger 2. Prepare and issue invoices to customers; verify and process supplier invoices 3. Reconcile bank statements with company records on a daily/weekly basis 4. Manage petty cash, record expenditures, and maintain cash book 5. Maintain records for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances as required B. Inventory management: 1. Update inventory records for raw materials, finished goods, and consumables 2. Conduct daily/weekly stock counts and reconcile with system records 3. Record all material receipts and issues; coordinate with stores/warehouse for accurate documentation 4. Generate and share daily/weekly inventory reports with the management C. Administration & factory operations: 1. Maintain staff attendance records and assist in payroll preparation 2. Monitor and replenish office and factory supplies as needed 3. Liaise with vendors for the procurement of materials and services 4. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the factory premises 5. Maintain visitor logs and assist with guest coordination D. Data entry & documentation: 1. Maintain proper filing of all documents physical and electronic 2. Accurately enter data related to accounts, inventory, and operations as required 3. Ensure all records are up to date and easily retrievable E. General support to management: 1. Assist management with any ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks 2.
