Role & responsibilities * Understand customer needs, lifestyle preferences, and home layout to provide personalised furniture recommendations * Provide styling advice, recommend design combinations, and explain the features and benefits of Bay Windows furniture collections * Effectively showcase our collections such as Luxe Edit, Cue the Curve, Art Deco, Ethnic Chic, and more * Coordinate the full sales cycleproduct enquiry, quotations, order placements, delivery timelines * Upsell and cross-sell to optimize client satisfaction and sales performance * Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent post-sales service and follow-ups * Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to store growth * Collaborate with the store team to ensure high standards of visual merchandising, product display, and showroom maintenance * Support in-store promotions, events, and new launches to drive footfall and conversions * Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and closing strategies * Explain product features, materials, pricing, and benefits clearly, building trust and confidence in the brand * Proactively follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous visitors to convert interest into confirmed sales Preferred candidate profile * Graduate in B.Com, B.A., or any discipline * Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada or Tamil is a plus) * 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in furniture, jewellery, or luxury retail * Pleasant personality, confident presentation, and strong interpersonal skills * Passion for home dcor, modern lifestyle trends, and interior styling * Familiarity with basic Microsoft products
