Job Description – Purchase Executive (FMCG) Company: Peal Baagh Tea Private Limited Location: 647, 6th Floor, JMD Megapolis, Gurugram Experience: 2–5 Years Industry Preference: FMCG only Joining: Immediate Joiner Required Position Summary Peal Baagh Tea Private Limited is looking for a Purchase Executive with strong FMCG industry experience to manage procurement activities efficiently. The ideal candidate must be an immediate joiner with hands-on experience in sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimization within FMCG operations. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables related to FMCG operations Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure best quality, pricing, and delivery timelines Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely follow-up for deliveries Coordinate with production, stores, finance, and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted supply Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly to avoid shortages or excess stock Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements Track market trends, pricing, and availability of materials Maintain accurate procurement records, MIS reports, and vendor documentation Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Supply Chain / Business Administration or relevant field Mandatory FMCG purchase experience (Tea/Dry Fruits/Spices preferred) Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, and ERP systems Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Candidate Profile (Must-Have) ✅ FMCG industry background only ✅ Experience in purchase/procurement role ✅ Immediate joiner (Notice period: 0–15 days preferred) Why Join Peal Baagh Tea Private Limited Opportunity to work with a growing FMCG brand Dynamic and fast-paced work environment Career growth and learning exposure in procurement operations Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
