Role Overview The Receptionist & Admin Officer/Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also managing administrative and office coordination tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, organisational ability, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Reception Duties: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the relevant departments. Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area. Administrative Duties: Handle day-to-day office administration, filing, and document management. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel bookings when required. Assist HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining staff records. Process invoices, purchase orders, and basic expense reports in coordination with the accounts team. Support other departments with administrative tasks as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration/Commerce or related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in reception, administration, or office coordination. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
