The ideal candidate combines scientific writing excellence with consulting-level analytical skills and exceptional PowerPoint visualization capabilities to deliver high-impact insights across health policy, HEOR, and access strategy. Location: India Essential Functions and Other Job Information 1- Conduct secondary desk research using peer-reviewed literature, HTA reports, market data, and policy sources to extract actionable evidence. 2- Analyze Disease and Treatment dynamics, market dynamics, payer landscapes, pricing trends, and reimbursement frameworks across therapeutic areas. 3- Translate HEOR evaluation into insightful value presentation delivering a patient centered narrative. 4- Synthesize findings into insightful reports and strategic presentations that inform value-based access and commercialization strategies. 5- Develop high-impact PowerPoint visualizations to communicate analytical outputs to executive and scientific audiences. 6- Collaborate with HEOR, RWE, and access strategy teams to support policy shaping, market insights analytics, HEOR, and evidence generation projects. 7- Support preparation of proposals, value presentations, and moderation presentations with scientific rigor and strategic clarity. Education and Experience MSc/PhD in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Market Access, Public Health, or Pharmaceutical Sciences. Proven expertise in medical writing especially market analytics, pricing & reimbursement, and secondary research (ideally 3-5 years) Previous experience with top 5 management consulting or global life sciences consulting firms is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong command of data storytelling, PowerPoint visualization, and Excel analytics (knowledge of Think-Cell, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus). Responsible for developing, adapting, and analyzing health economic models, such as but not limited to cost-effectiveness models, budget impact models, and other decision-analytic models, to support health outcomes research and healthcare decision-making Work closely with internal cross functional team and external vendors and stakeholders including researchers, clinicians, payers, and regulatory agencies to ensure high quality of deliverables. Develop and adapt health economic models, including cost-effectiveness models (e.g., Markov, cohort, microsimulation) and budget impact models. Generate global-impact payer-relevant evidence, PRO, and evidence synthesis. Ensure delivery of global materials to support HTA submissions including the Global Value Dossier (GVD) and economic models (BIAs, COIs, CUAs, CEAs). Translate strategic objectives into concrete execution via HEOR project plan. Perform statistical and econometric analyses using clinical trial data, RWD, and claims databases to inform model inputs and assumptions. Conduct systematic literature reviews to identify data sources for model parameters, including costs, utilities, and clinical outcomes. Present model results and insights to internal and external stakeholders, explaining the implications of the results in an understandable manner. Conduct quality checks to ensure data accuracy in the economic model. Collate the reviewer's comments, revise the economic model as required based on Exhibit flexibility in moving across development and preparation of multiple document types. Distinguish between critical and irrelevant pieces of scientific information during scoping and execution of projects. Gather relevant information from a variety of sources and generate insights with supervision. Soundly analyze qualitative data and interpret quantitative data. Ensure the robustness of models by conducting validation exercises, sensitivity analyses, and scenario analyses to test the credibility of results. Prepare detailed reports, manuscripts, posters, and presentations summarizing the model structure, methods, and findings for use in HTAs or publications. Excelling the programming and software tools (e.g., Excel, R, SAS, Python, STATA, VBA, etc.). Ensure all models are developed in line with best practices and guidelines from organizations like ISPOR, NICE, ICER, and other relevant bodies and best practices and guidelines. Support building infrastructure, resources, and tools to maximize process efficiencies. Support in preparation of the proposal writing and project budget/contract management, and resource planning. Maintain, and operate within the Project Management Methodology by leveraging the processes and documentation. Timely coverage of all assigned trainings. Staying updated with industry trends. Performing other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, as per need. Qualifications Education and Experience University degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Public Health, Health Economics, Medical,or Life Sciences fields. Experience in the field of Health Economics with a good understanding of different HEOR modelling tools, such as (COI, BIA, CUA, CEAs) to drive value communication. Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job in HEOR or a related industry field (Comparable to 1-3 years of experience). Knowledge of the relevant industrial guidelines, regulations and business expectations respecting international and national legislation framework and practices.
