Due to our successful development, we are looking for highly motivated and responsible candidates for the position of: Medical Writer About the Role We are seeking a strategic medical writer and healthcare analyst with strong expertise in secondary research, market analytics & HEOR. The ideal candidate combines scientific writing excellence with consulting-level analytical skills and exceptional PowerPoint visualization capabilities to deliver high-impact insights across health policy, HEOR, and access strategy. Location: India Essential Functions and Other Job Information 1- Conduct secondary desk research using peer-reviewed literature, HTA reports, market data, and policy sources to extract actionable evidence. 2- Analyze Disease and Treatment dynamics, market dynamics, payer landscapes, pricing trends, and reimbursement frameworks across therapeutic areas. 3- Translate HEOR evaluation into insightful value presentation delivering a patient centered narrative. 4- Synthesize findings into insightful reports and strategic presentations that inform value-based access and commercialization strategies. 5- Develop high-impact PowerPoint visualizations to communicate analytical outputs to executive and scientific audiences. 6- Collaborate with HEOR, RWE, and access strategy teams to support policy shaping, market insights analytics, HEOR, and evidence generation projects. 7- Support preparation of proposals, value presentations, and moderation presentations with scientific rigor and strategic clarity. Education and Experience MSc/PhD in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Market Access, Public Health, or Pharmaceutical Sciences. Proven expertise in medical writing especially market analytics, pricing & reimbursement, and secondary research (ideally 3-5 years) Previous experience with top 5 management consulting or global life sciences consulting firms is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong command of data storytelling, PowerPoint visualization, and Excel analytics (knowledge of Think-Cell, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus). Excellent English writing and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into compelling strategic narratives. Proven Consulting Mindset and value driven analytical skills.
