It was a good experience overall while claiming. Initially I didn't get approval for the full amount, there were deductions. After fighting with the Insurer with the help of Pazcare, I was able to get the full amount.

It was overall a great experience to get the claim processed. Filled the form, uploaded and it was taken up for processing. Reliable and responsive team. One thing to take note is number of times you've to be on phone or email to get things done. This wasn't even a hassle in this case.
