Worst customer service in Paytm... It's a money stealing app.. my credit card bill has been credited to another credit card shown in Paytm app fraudulently.. I tried to be connected with customer care executive but no direct line is alloted ... Pls do not make payments through paytm.. only pay throguh your genuine bank app...

There is no customer support available they don't even have guts to resolve the issue like linking anyone's account to anyone's contact No. Raised a ticket but neither they are solving nor trying to reach me. Finally I'm going for official complaint.
