Job Description

Position Summary: The Logistics - Broker- Payroll Specialist will be providing support in the administrative, payables and Brokers / Drivers payroll functional areas within the finance team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, pays attention to details and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Candidates from Logistics / Transportation / Freight Forwarding Companies will be given preference with Broker & Driver Payroll Experience. Candidates from Port Cities & Transportation Hub Like Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore are preferred. Relocation Cost: Company will cover one-time Re-Location Cost for the selected candidate. Direct Report: Assistant Manager / Team Lead. Duties & Responsibilities: Creating Payroll master excel spread sheets. Processing payroll for intercompany divisions. Monitoring and processing Brokers Payable Cheque Runs/EFTs Creating Profit and Loss Excel spread sheet for Brokers payroll. Processing the Weekly fuel transactions. Actively processing & approving the daily driver runs. Responsible doing the drivers deductions. (Insurance, Leases, Repairs & Fuel) Creating payroll Master Excel spreadsheet. Data entry and reporting. Assist with driver & intercompany payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies. Processing Bi-weekly payroll and drivers statements. Creating & processing drivers deduction letters. Prepare Work with accounting Supervisor to produce any required ad-hoc reports. Qualifications/Skills: B.COM / Graduation 01 Years Experience in Logistics Industry / Road Transportation. Experience in international Freight Forwarding Company is also a plus. Have knowledge on Drivers payroll in outsourcing Logistics industry. Excellent communication & presentation skills. Quick learner and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent knowledge and advanced functions in Microsoft Excel. Outstanding accounting and reporting skills Strong data processing skills Attention to detail to maintain payroll accuracy. Ability to stay organized, have strong attention to details and ability to multi-task. Job Offer: Full-time (Permanent) Experience Required Payroll: 1 years to 2 Years Minimum (Required) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 550,000.00 - 700,000.00 per annum Benefits: Food Provided Health Benefits Provided (conditions apply) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Night shift Candidates are expected to work on all Indian Holidays. Candidates will follow the Canadian calendar and holidays to Enjoy. Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Logistics Industry - Payroll / Drivers Payroll: 02 years (Required) Skills Required Excellent knowledge and advanced functions in Microsoft Excel. (Required) Language: Fluent English (Required) Ability to Commute: Gurgaon, Sector 48, Haryana (Required) Ability to Relocate: Gurgaon, Sector 48, Haryana: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person.
