We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our outbound sales team. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career, passionate about fintech and research, and eager to develop strong client-facing skills. You will be responsible for prospecting, outreach, and qualifying leads, playing a critical role in building our client pipeline and supporting senior sales managers. Role & responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation Identify and research potential clients in the fintech ecosystem (banks, fintechs, VCs, consulting firms). Build and maintain a structured lead database. Outbound Sales Outreach Conduct email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling to introduce our research offerings. Secure introductory meetings for senior sales/leadership team. Client Engagement & Qualification Understand client pain points and align them with our market intelligence solutions. Qualify leads by assessing needs, budget, and decision-making authority. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with senior sales and research teams to tailor outreach strategies. Maintain accurate records of all interactions. Provide weekly updates on outreach activity, leads generated, and conversion progress. Learning & Development Continuously build fintech domain knowledge to engage confidently with prospects. Stay updated on industry trends to add value during outreach conversations. Preferred candidate profile 25 years of experience in sales, business development, or inside sales (fresh graduates will not be considered) in market research industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with outbound outreach (emails, LinkedIn, cold calls). Ability to quickly understand and explain complex research offerings in simple terms. Self-motivated, persistent, and eager to learn about fintech research.
