Job Purpose: To conduct customer identity verification through secure video calls in compliance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and a seamless onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities: Conduct live video KYC sessions with customers as per RBI or applicable regulatory norms. Verify customer details against submitted documents (PAN, Aadhaar, ID proofs, etc.). Perform face-matching and liveness checks to confirm authenticity. Ensure proper recording, documentation, and secure storage of KYC sessions. Flag and report any suspicious activity or potential fraud cases to the compliance team. Maintain high levels of professionalism, data confidentiality, and customer service during interactions. Stay updated with regulatory changes and internal compliance policies related to KYC. Coordinate with compliance, operations, and technology teams to resolve KYC related issues. Skills & Competencies: Good communication skills (verbal and written). Strong attention to detail and ability to detect discrepancies. Basic knowledge of regulatory guidelines (RBI, SEBI, AML, CFT norms). Customer handling and problem-solving skills. Tech-savvy, with familiarity in video conferencing tools and KYC software. Ability to work in shifts, if required. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in any stream (Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred). Prior experience in customer verification, banking operations, or KYC/AML processes is an advantage. Fresher with strong communication and learning ability may also be considered.
