Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accuracy in accounting processes, and support the organization’s financial health. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and summaries Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies Process payroll and ensure timely salary payments Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Support internal and external audits Monitor expenses and ensure cost control Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel Good analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and work independently Preferred Skills Experience with ERP or accounting systems Strong communication and organizational skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Expected hours: 10 per week Benefits: Leave encashment Work Location: In person
