About Us : Meiveda is an ayurvedic and yoga beach resort located on the fabled Chavakkad beach in Thrissur, Kerala. We are dedicated to providing a serene wellness experience for our guests. Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and welcoming Front Office Manager to lead our front desk. You will be the face of Meiveda, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service from reservation to check-out and that all front office operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all front desk operations, including managing guest relations , handling reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage. Handle guest complaints and queries promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction. Manage front office financial transactions, including guest billing, night audit procedures, and cash handling. Maintain accurate guest records, daily reports, and all necessary front office documentation. Liaise closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are met and property standards are maintained. Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any stream or a diploma in hotel management. Minimum three years of experience in the hospitality or hotel network, with at least 1-2 years in a front office supervisory role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
