Job Description – Telecaller

Position: Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

* Make professional calls to Doctors/Consultants and coordinate with them regarding home-visit appointments.

* Maintain good communication and professional relationships with doctors.

* Coordinate with doctors regarding their availability, duty timings, and patient appointments.

* Check and verify the patient’s location and complete address before confirming the appointment.

* Follow up on patient leads received for Dr. At Home services.

* Contact patients to confirm appointment details, preferred time, location, and doctor availability.

* Coordinate between patients and doctors to ensure smooth home-visit appointments.

* Confirm appointments with patients and doctors before the scheduled visit.

* Maintain daily records of calls, leads, confirmations, follow-ups, and completed appointments.

* Follow up on pending leads and update their status regularly.

* Escalate any appointment, location, doctor availability, or patient-related issue to the concerned senior/HR.

Required Skills:

* Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.

* Good Hindi and English communication.

* Confident and polite while speaking with doctors and patients.

* Good follow-up and coordination skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain Excel/Google Sheets records.

* Ability to handle multiple calls and appointments efficiently.

* Prior experience in telecalling, healthcare coordination, patient handling, or appointment booking will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
