Those who are simply saying nice projects, they must be either broker, agent or channel partner bcoz they are not mentioning any personal experience which other customer faced. Broker, agent review must be regretted. pls ignore fake star rating. Neotown project is a failed project bcoz of failed in delivery and commitment as well.

Please do not go by any reviews, just visit site and see that builder could manage to raise just 1 tower in 8 years of time. Go-to consumer forum (National and district level court cases) and see how many complaints are filed against builder. There is no future of this project, I have lost my hard earned money in this project.

They are not fraud. But don't trust on their project at this moment. They are struggling to stand their company since last 8 years but it seems impossible now.
