You can't even make a simple enquiry without an appointment. Even if you just want some basic information or have a small confusion, the security staff will not allow you inside. The system is extremely rigid with no flexibility at all. Make sure to take a proper appointment beforehand, otherwise your time will be wasted.

The office staff is very supportive and they will try to help you out as much as they can and it's a very strict place you can't enter or allowed visit without an appointment the place is very pleasent and clean and the lift was working …

This place needs a xerox machine urgently inside the office itself. There is nothing around until you reach a main road. I was sent Twice all the way out side .. Its just so disappointing & frustrating and waste of time and energy.
