At the time of appointment date & time they simply said server issue. And here even if the server works their work is slow. And u have to wait till hours.

My experince was great here. The staff are polite and warm. All the instructions and guidance was good. The whole procedure is very well organised and smooth. No red-tape that we normally see in Government offices. The whole process was completed in span of just 30-40 mins. Awesome!!

Terrible service, non clarity of rules. Apparently a "W/0" cannot apply on her own, how can this still be a rule in this day and age??. With scheduled appointment, had to wait 1.5hrs past the appointment time. Plan accordingly as appointment scheduled does not mean anything.

Very good and helpful staff and explaining all the details to everyone without hesitating. Especially one person name called Santhosh, he is very nice and well mannered. Good infrastructure.

NO TOILETS, only accessible for staff? not for applicants seriously?, how come one can find toiles who come from long distances. Staff are very rude and no respect for senior/any applicants, this is very unfortunate!.
