Visited the passport seva Kendra for my father who is a senior citizen. Right from the security to the passport officer everyone was extremely courteous and the entire process took us exactly 15 minutes. We traversed four counters and absolutely zero wait time. Hats off to the service for treating senior citizens with so much care.

The team at PSK were courteous and the space was clean. Few challenges were : Parking was limited, had to use Ampa skywalk for parking & seating capacity inside PSK was limited (people had to stand for their turn when backlog increases)

The staff at the passport office are quick, helpful, and the process is efficient, with guidance available at every step. However, the office premises could be improved, as there are no clear directions and no parking space.

Vehicles are not allowed to park inside, if you're there to apply passport. We have to leave them out at our own risk or we should go for some private parking nearby.
